This website is operated by S3 Clothing, Gosfield Lake Golf Club, Hall Drive, Inside the Pro Shop, Halstead, CO9 1SE, United Kingdom. Where the terms “we”, “us”, or “our” are used, they refer to S3 Clothing.

By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products and pricing

We try to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows colours accurately.

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.

We reserve the right to change prices and to withdraw or amend products at any time without notice. Occasionally an item may be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. Where this happens, we may cancel the order and refund you in full — we will always contact you first.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming the goods have been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, where we suspect fraudulent activity, or where there has been a pricing or description error.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you and refund you in full for that item.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Please tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and designs — belongs to S3 Clothing or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
